Faithless are an English dance music band that formed in 1995, with its core original members being Rollo, Sister Bliss and Maxi Jazz. During the band's initial period of success, Sister Bliss and Maxi Jazz contributed to studio recordings and toured frequently under the Faithless name, while Rollo served as a studio-only member, and has never performed live with the band. Новый, 13-й по порядку и по названию, полноформатный альбом самой, наверное, легкой и лаконичной electropop формации De/Vision. Конечно, De/Vision — легенды и гранды своего жанра, их называют прародителями electropop-саунда именно в том виде, в котором он существует сейчас. И при всех этих регалиях De/Vision для меня оставался очень таинственным проектом. Да, у них идеальное звучание с точки зрения качества и жанровой целостности, цепляющее обширную аудиторию соотношение electropop/futurepop/synthpop на последних альбомах, которые, как известно, направили De/Vision к «истокам» и переосмыслению раннего звучания. У них есть безумно красивые и атмосферные треки, которые я переслушиваю время от времени, так сказать, мои личные «хиты на века».

Легко потому, что на сцене огромного зала Konig Pilsner Arena стоит несколько непривычного вида уже не молодой человек во фраке с микрофоном, за ним располагается большой симфонический оркестр, а перед ним тихонько внемлют и практически не подают звука огромное количество зрителей. Хитрость заключается в том, что этот самый человек на протяжении часа гипнотически влияет на всех – его холодный, отстраненный и безжизненный голос настолько нереален и необычен, что первоначальное неприятие быстро сменяется неким немым восхищением, и ты, так же, как и те, что в зале, сидишь и смотришь за нехитрыми передвижениями Александра, внемлешь его простым словам и получаешь удовольствие. На деле перед нами настоящая авангардная опера, монументальная и холодная, как огромная гранитная скала, простая и сложная одновременно, но настолько завораживающая скрытой энергетикой, что это нужно только видеть и прочувствовать самому.
